From June 24-26, Chappelle will co-headline shows at the legendary venue alongside his musical pals The Roots, Janelle Monáe, Erykah Badu, Busta Rhymes, and DJ Premier and a full orchestra. The Shield Believe in the No. 5 members of our countdown this week, because they are here to stay. The Heat became the third franchise in NBA history to reach the title series in four consecutive seasons. LeBron James led the Heat with 25 points, and Miami eliminated the Indiana Pacers for the third straight year with a 117-92 romp in Game 6 of the East championship series. The Miami Heat are looking to become the first team to 3-peat since the Los Angeles Lakers did it in 2000-2003. Tim-Duncan (1) 2. Tim Duncan Coming in at No. 2 this week is the timeless wonder San Antonio Spurs all-star forward Tim Duncan. Tim Duncan had 19 points and 15 rebounds for the Spurs, who will host Game 1 on Thursday night as they try to avenge last year’s heartbreaking seven-game loss. In overtime, Duncan’s shot from the baseline rattled in to give the Spurs a 110-107 lead with 19 seconds to go. This is the 6th time the Spurs have made it to the NBA Finals in Duncan career. priscilla_chan_today 1. Priscilla Chan Spreading goodwill at the No. 1 portion of our countdown this week is truly an amazing woman. Wife of Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Priscilla Chan, donated $120 million to help improve Bay Area public schools through their education foundation, Startup: Education. In her first-ever TV interview, Chan told Savannah Guthrie she and her husband felt it was important to invest in the school system where they live, work and volunteer. The money will be distributed over the next five years to provide educators with resources to help spark innovation inside classrooms and support students in underserved neighborhoods. The first $5 million will go toward upgrading technology and improving Internet access in high-need schools in the San Francisco Unified School District. AGREE WITH OUR COUNTDOWN?
