“WHO’S WHO OF 2014” YEAR-IN-REVIEW: PHOTOGRAPHER JUSTIN SWAIN
The holiday season is upon us and that means 2014 is quickly coming to an end. In honor of 2014, Kaboom! Magazine.com is getting together some of our favorite musicians, actors, fashion designers, models, athletes, and entertainment personality for our annual “Year-in-Review” feature. We will be asking some of our favorite celebs their favorite moments of the year and how they are preparing for an explosive 2015. Today, we get the chance to catch up with Photographer Justin Swain. This Seattle photographer spent most of 2014 being one of the premier photographers on the west coast. In 2015, the “Photographer of Babes” is planning on continuing to give the people exactly what they want. Breakfast with my good friend and super talented photographer Kenneth Mitchell at Snooze’s in downtown San Diego. Banana pancakes with a caramel icing drizzle and strawberries paired with a side of fried chicken sausage and a huge class of ice cold fresh OJ. Not only was the food amazing, but the weather was perfect! Favorite Movie of 2014? That’s a tough one, I have to give it to either Captain America: Winter Soldier or X-Men: Day of Future Past. Both took that “comic book” movie to the next level in my opinion. Favorite TV Show of 2014? The Walking Dead! Perfect mix of creepy and badassness! Daryl still kicks ass with a crossbow and Carl finally started listening to what people told him to do! Favorite Album of 2014? Oxymoron by Schoolboy Q. I feel like 2014 has been the year of the drone. I’ve seen some of the most amazing movies and clips filmed with them. Favorite Social Media of 2014? Instagram hands down. It’s my main source of showing off work and it’s allowed me to reach some amazing people that I’ve worked with. Also, I’ve developed a nice following of people that are extremely supportive and inspire me to keep doing my thing. What are you most looking forward to in 2015? Traveling more, eating good food, meeting new people and making amazing memories with friends Why should we lookout for you in 2015? I have some pretty exciting projects planned with some mega babes in some very rad places around the country. I also hope to collaborate with some really cool clothing lines. Words of Wisdom heading into 2015? Actions speak louder than your words and taking initiative gets you what you want. Don’t sit around and wait for good things to happen! You have to be hungry and work your ass off to have success you desire. Don’t expect greatness overnight, stay humble and practice your art. Most of all, be nice to everyone because it can benefit you in so many ways AND even something as simple as a smile can really turn somebody’s day around. 14048_511917528845377_300784419_n *Checkout more celebrities thoughts on 2014 right now at Who’s Who of 2014
