Magazine.com lets you know who star shined the brightest this past week in “Top 10 People of the Week.” Each week, Kaboom! picks 10 celebs, athletes, entertainers, or regular people who we feel had the best week of them all. Snoop Dogg Starting off the countdown this year is one of the coolest OGs in music. Snoop Dogg became a grandfather last week, His eldest son Corde Broadus welcomed a baby boy with Jessica Kyzer. The 43-year-old rapper took to Instagram on Wednesday, January 14 to announce the happy news to his 4.1 million followers, posting some photos and a video of his grandson Zion. Snoop posted a photo collage of his newborn grandchild being held by his family. “Zion. U have a lot of love Waitn on u grandson !!” the “Young, Wild & Free” rapper captioned it. He then shared a video of his eldest son Corde Broadus holding the adorable baby along with caption, “Proud grandad.” The new bundle of joy is Snoop’s first grandchild. The Irish featherweight walked straight through Dennis Siver at UFC Fight Night, finishing his overmatched opponent via TKO at 1:54 of the second round. McGregor (17-2) had predicted a two-minute knockout prior to the fight. He apologized for mis-speaking in a post-fight interview. Immediately after the bout, McGregor jumped over the cage and confronted UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo, who was in attendance. Bradley Cooper Our first No. 1 spot of the year goes to a man who starred in one of greatest if not the greatest military movies of all-time. “American Sniper” had massive success at the weekend box office. The Clint Eastwood-directed movie rules the domestic box office after garnering an estimated $90.2 million. With the number, “Sniper” smashed a record by James Cameron’s “Avatar” which previously held the biggest January weekend performance with $68 million in 2010. The movie, which is up for six categories at the upcoming Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Actor for Bradley Cooper, additionally becomes Eastwood’s biggest debut.
