Serena Williams Announces Pregnancy Via Snapchat
Even more congratulations are in order for Serena Williams. Back in December she announced her engagement to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, and today she shares news that she is expecting. The tennis superstar’s off-court life has mostly been low-key, and she took to snapchat to reveal she is 20 weeks pregnant — which means she was with child when she scored her history-making 23rd major title at the Australian Open in January. Post-win, she opened up about her fiancé, sharing:
“It feels good. He’s incredibly — a really nice person. I think he definitely treats everyone the same, which is really cool to see. Really, really nice to see.”
