Embrace Your Own Genetics
People tend to undervalue their potential and try to mimic others in regards to posing, aesthetics, and overall musculature. If you are not a “mass monster”, do not train like one or try to become one (it will erode the genetic predisposition you already have that you were born with and your “lines” will not be maximized to it’s potential) – same goes for trying for “aesthetics” (if you are a mass monster, don’t try to mimic or train to look like Frank Zane – your frame and structure won’t support the end visual).

Find Your Niche
In this day in age, everyone wants to be apart of some conglomerate of bodybuilders (aesthetics, mass monsters, quad gods, etc) – however, having a great body or winning shows does nothing for you IF you are trying to brand yourself. You NEED something about you that makes you stand out amongst others for people to embrace you (and possibly become a house hold name because of it). If you want to just be another “vacuum” guy then everyone will provide a “golf clap” and move on quickly.

Never Train The Same On Each Session
Whether you are doing chest or legs – NEVER do the same amount of sets, reps or exercises – switch everything up ALL THE TIME. You want to attack fibers that normally aren’t activated and with a full capacity of muscle fibers enraged into each day – you are guaranteed to grow to your greatest intentional in each muscle group (even the fibers down to the bone!).

Time Under Tension (#tutlife)
This method is the bread and butter for my physique and without it – I’m not sure where I’ll be with my musculature and how it’s grown uniquely overtime for me. You’ve got to utilize the “negative” of every exercise and let the muscle BURN! Burning means that you are not only pumping blood into the muscle, but you are overall maximizing yourself to grow every fiber as possible to become better each day with that movement.

Eat, Eat, and Eat!
You HAVE to eat to grow. Everyone asks me what type of protein or what supplements I use to grow my physique – the point I make in the end to everyone is to EAT! No one appears to value or understand no matter how much nitrous oxide or how many horses/big your engine is – without GAS – you aren’t moving an inch. Plain and simple.
