Vital Signs, a television show that Dr. Dre was developing revolving around his life was, was reportedly pulled by Apple boss Tim Cook. There were concerns about scenes involving sex, violence, and drug use, reports The Wall Street Journal. Apple’s focus will be on making more mainstream TV programming going forward. WSJ also reports that Dre’s show featured “characters doing lines of cocaine, an extended orgy in a mansion and drawn guns.” Vital Signs was first announced in 2016 and was being sought after by companies outside of Apple like Netflix and Amazon.
