In 2020, the posse garnered success with popular releases “Passionate” and “Perfect Picture.” Now, they are ready to take off and prepares for a shot to the top with catchy new music and an array of big-time features. Talk to us about Wavyy Mob, what does it consist of? Wavyy Mob is a group of artists that goes by the name Rek and Tommo Where did the name come from?

The name originated from us playing around freestyling and the name was said so we kept it.

Where are you from?

We are from Orlando, Florida.

If you had to put a new listener on to your sound in 2 songs, what would they be?

How long have you been creating music?

3 years now.

What can we expect in 2021?

More music with visuals, we really haven’t done many music videos so this year we would like to make that happen.

Talk to us about this upcoming single with FRVRFriday. How did it come about?

The new single will be called “Passionate.” I’ve worked with FRVRFRIDAY previously so it was a no-brainer when I heard a beat that I thought he would sound good on and sent it to him and the rest is history. I’m really excited for y’all to hear this one so stay tuned. Oh, yea another artist will be on this one to my guy HRTBRKFEVER really dope artist out of Florida as well.

We got word that you have another single with 24HRS on the way?

How did this record come about and what was that collaboration like? Yes absolutely, 24HRS has been one of my go-to artists that I listen to from time to time. So, just having the opportunity to be able to work with him and create a masterpiece was truly a blessing. The record came about after I reached out to him about working together and he was down just like that. 24HRS is a real one for sure with much respect to him and his hard work. We actually have another record together so we have two now to share to the world when the time comes. The record we will be releasing first is called “Picture Perfect” so be ready!
